Welcome to Open Circle Markets!

By visiting or participating in our markets, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Open Circle Markets is a community market in Auckland, New Zealand, where local vendors sell gifts, food, and more, with live music and a friendly atmosphere.

2. Attending the Market

  • Entry is at your own risk.

  • Please follow all market rules and staff instructions.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

3. Vendors

  • Vendors must apply and be accepted before selling at the market.

  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all New Zealand laws, including food safety and business regulations.

  • Food vendors must have the proper certificates and insurance.

  • Stalls must be safe, tidy, and not block walkways.

  • Open Circle Markets may refuse or cancel vendor participation at its discretion.

4. Health & Safety

  • Everyone must follow health and safety regulations.

  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur at the market.

  • Vendors selling food must comply with NZ Food Safety standards.

5. Liability

  • Open Circle Markets and its founder are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage.

  • Attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.

  • Insurance for personal property or stalls is the responsibility of the owner.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photos, videos, or recordings may be taken during the market.

  • By attending, you agree to allow Open Circle Markets to use media for promotion.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Stall or ticket fees are non-refundable unless the market is cancelled by us.

  • We may reschedule or cancel events due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Conduct

  • Be respectful to others—no harassment or disruptive behaviour.

  • Open Circle Markets may remove anyone who breaches these standards.

9. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected is used only for market management, communication, and promotion.

  • We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by New Zealand law.

  • Any disputes are subject to the courts of New Zealand.
